Smart SPC
In this model the Smart SPC Software will be installed on each gauging station. Data will be collected at each gauging station locally and saved on individual Local dedicated PC and they are not connected to Centralized server. Using this there is no data security. Report, chart and statistics can be viewed on local pc only.
Also the pc and their maintenance cost involve as the PC on shop floor always getting over heat, hang due the coolant and oil in air.
